4. Deposits and Payments

- Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or in the event of a fault or misrepresentation on our part.
- Full payment must be made before the vehicle is delivered or collected. Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
5. Warranties
- All vehicles sold by Azak Vans come with the applicable warranties, as required by New Zealand law.
- Extended warranties or service plans may be offered at an additional cost. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inquire about and arrange any additional warranties at the time of purchase.
- We do not guarantee the availability of extended warranties after the completion of the sale.
6. Returns and Refunds
- In the unlikely event that the vehicle does not meet its description or is found to have a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) 1993.
- Azak Vans will not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind after purchase.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
7. Vehicle Registration and Insurance
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the vehicle is properly registered and insured before taking possession of it.
